(More customer reviews)The ball joint at this faucet (on pull out handle) started leaking the first day of installation by a plumber. After a long wait for a customer service rep on the 800 number the best solution was to have plumber rip back out and return. Which results in more costs for plumber to install a new faucet. I won't be purchasing another price pfister product again!
