(More customer reviews)I just paid $100 to have this faucet installed and will pay another $100 to have it removed, returned, and a different faucet installed. Faucet looks great in the photos and 10 feet up on the display rack where you cannot actually touch or operate it, but once it is installed you finally realize you've been had. The main components (sprayer AND swivel) are PLASTIC and the pullout sprayer does not fit snugly. It just looks and feels like something cheaply made that will not last more than a few months. Plastic also means that it will be much more prone to crack and scratch than metal. Rather than wait for the inevitable breakage, I will cut my losses and get another faucet once I am sure all the main pieces are metal, not PLASTIC!
One would assume that paying upwards of $150 would be enough to ensure you are getting a quality product that will last a few years. I am very disappointed with this faucet.
