(More customer reviews)I've had this faucet for a year and a half and I liked it so much that I bought second one for my basement sink. But this week, as I was using it, I heard a clunk and hot water came spewing out. It was so hot and coming out so fast that I couldn't turn off the water under the sink, I had to shut the water off from the main line. When I removed the faucet, I noticed that one of the hoses just popped off the main faucet head causing the water to come out full force from the main line. Other faucets of this type have all the hoses screwed-in to the main head to avoid this problem. This faucet has 3 screwed-on hoses and one hose just pushed on. I had to replace this faucet and now I'm thinking of replacing the one in the basement as well because this could happen even when not using the faucet. I called the company to complain and they told me to return it where I bought it.
