(More customer reviews)I loved this faucet until the bracket that holds the sprayer broke off the column. Now when you move the sprayer it loosens the connection on the column and water sprays out of the main column. This was installed as part of a remodel and I couldn't find the paperwork for it. I'm going to call Kingston Brass and see if they'll honor the warrenty.
Update, I contacted Kingston Brass and they were very nice and responsive and totally willing to honor the warrenty. I'll be gitting the replacement parts soon.
