Moen is a trusted brand and offers a lifetime warranty on parts and even on the finish!
Faucet comes with an installation tool (extra long deep-well socket wrench).
Package was well packed (box in a box) and arrived undamaged.
Faucet comes with rubber seals so no plumber's putty is needed (both the faucet and sprayer have rubber seals).
Faucet was easy to install because extensions lower the connections past the bottom of the sink (more room to work).

First thing I noticed picking up the box from my porch is how heavy the package was.
This is a really well made unit. While it is currently brand new, I have every expectation that it will last a long, long time.
Product is exactly what I was hoping for and better than I expected.
