(More customer reviews)I made a mistake of purchasing all Danze faucet for my entire remodeling project. Every single item - 5 faucets, two showers, and two tubs, have major problems. It was a nightmare for the plumber to install, very poor in function, and requires ongoing expensive maintenance. Their customer service is outsourced to a company filled with non-technical embicillsg who after talking to you for half an hour and giving you tons of inadequate excuses, like "valves must have gotten jams while laying in a warehouse", will send you a replacement part.
Do not buy Danze products! This company should not be in business.
