(More customer reviews)This a very beautiful and sturdy faucet. I love how it looks with the sink. It was simple enough to install. My main issue with it though is that I installed it with the intention of having a soap dispenser on the left and right side (one for hand soap, one for dish soap). However, the handle on the side of the faucet runs into the soap dispenser, so it cannot be installed with the handle on the side (at least, not at a 90 degree angle)... so that was disappointing. To make sure it looked good, I had to install it with the handle facing out in the front over the sink, which looks good and I can live with that. But I preferred it off to the side because it looks better that way and I just assumed this was built with the understanding that someone would install something in the hole next to it (which is why I bought a faucet that only required one hole). Sooo, if you intend to have another kitchen sink accessory off to the side, just keep in mind that it will run into whatever is on the side with the handle. I don't necessarily regret the purchase, but looking back, I might have looked for a faucet that had it's handle up a little higher to clear the height of a soap dispenser.
One other small complaint is that the pull down faucet head does not pull back in to the faucet perfectly. It can hang down slightly (a fraction of an inch, but still noticeable). So I normally have to take extra care to push it up slightly to get it to fit back in place when I'm done using it. Not a huge issue, but thought I'd mention it. Other that these two issues, it's great.
