(More customer reviews)So far I'm disappointed in the quality of material and workmanship on this item. As soon as it was put into my brand new countertop, the sprayer would not stop leaking, causing a small lake to form and drip all over and allowing air to get into the lines and so that the water spits out every time you turn the handle. So the sprayer is hung down into the side of the sink for now. Calling customer service will cost you 1/2 hour of your life on hold and then you get to wait 7-10 days delivery for a replacement part. Then you get to pay for the plumber to come back and reinstall it. Also the spout is loose and wobbly in the mounting and I can imagine problems down the road with that too. It gets two stars for looks and a hope that it will get to working order eventually.
