(More customer reviews)Maybe user error - don't know for sure. The metal sleeve (dome) doesn't fit down over the ring properly and just spins. It's kinda like the ring is too thick. But then again, maybe my husband put it on wrong. Either way, it was cheaper on Amazon than on the Moen website.
