(More customer reviews)We loved putting this industrial looking faucet in our new kitchen. However, within one year's time, the sprayer function didn't switch back to a stream when we turned the faucet off and on again. The Elkay CS people went above and beyond when I called them, sending me a new faucet head and requesting that I send my defective one to them, so they could determine the problem. There was no cost to me in this exchange. But now, probably a year or so later, the new faucet head does the same thing and the faucet handle is getting difficult to use and makes a noise that sounds like something is broken inside the base of the faucet. Does it look great? Yes. Would I get a different faucet next time? Probably.
