(More customer reviews)I bought this exact faucet from a local store for about $65 on sale. They make this model and one other one and I believe it's also sold as Glacier Bay at Home Depot for $88. It's very hard to find a white faucet and that's how I ended up with this. After 2 days and cabinet shelving warped and ruined from absorbing all the water from the leaks that spontaneously occurred every few hours, this is out and a $150 Moen is in it's place. Every detail of this faucet is designed so poorly it's like a bad joke. It turns hard. The water control doesn't make much sense. The pull out feature can't ever be used. You have to jam the hose back in with some force and moving the pull out hose at all will randomly cause it to leak volumes from where it is attached underneath. The full pound lead weight they give to pull the hose down doesn't even begin to overcome the poor design. There isn't room for the pull out hose to move. The way it was designed and manufactured it will never work. Didn't anyone at this company ever try this thing? The base plate doesn't seat nice. There is a gap in the middle between it in the sink. I had to use a bead of the caulk I bought to use in place of the plumber putty to seal up the base to the sink. The instructions say to use plumbers putty to seal the base which is ABS plastic. Plumbers putty specifically says not for use on plastic or marble. I'm uploading comparison photos of the details.
This faucet is only designed to look appealing on a store shelf. Do yourself a favor and leave it there and get anything else or live with whatever you have now.
