(More customer reviews)I was surprised the first time I purchased this product and found that it was noticeably scratched. I thought that perhaps it was a return or had been packed incorrectly. I exchanged the faucet for another, and this one was also scratched in a different area. These weren't minor imperfections. The faucet was beautiful and I am disappointed that I had to buy another style and brand, but I would never buy an American Standard product after this experience. Amazon may want to review their rate of return with American Standard to determine whether this is a common problem.
