(More customer reviews)The faucet looked nice and seems to be well made, although the sprayer didnt work when installed. The sprayer won't turn on or off as it should, it stayed stuck in the "ON" position;. After the plumber tried to repair it, it stays off all the time. When I try to turn it on again, it will get stuck in that position. To remedy the situation, I called American Standard and learned this faucet has been discontinued for some time, so they couldn't replace any of the main parts. However, after sending in an email question, I was recommended to buy a new sprayer. Upon talking with American standard to potentially purchase a new sprayer, the rep suggested I replace the "diverter" and see if that worked. If it does, my overall experience will be pretty positive.
