(More customer reviews)We have owned this faucet (16927 SSL) for over three years. It took the plumber two full tries to install it properly. After he left the first time, the faucet wobbled around. He came back and tried it again, and it was solid. Like the other reviewer said, the on-off, hot-cold control is not smooth. And you have to position it properly to turn it off. All Deltas are like that. But it is a solid faucet, and the spray button is very durable. It has another big advantage over other single handle pull out faucets - the spout part has an extremely LONG reach (11 inches) and a long handle to go along with it. This was necessary on our large farmhouse sink. It is also good-looking, better looking than the Kohler Forte, in our opinion.
