(More customer reviews)we bought two of these pumps (Simmons Mfg. 1160 Pitcher Spout Pump) from Amazon, for the house, we were working on, do to a series of circumstances running water had never been put into the 1928 house, no water at the kitchen and there was no bath room, and a pressurized water system was not feasible at this time,
First I felt the Price was fair,
second the quality is good,
and the workmanship and fit and finish is good,
would defensively buy again if a similar project come up,
In our instance this will pump both hot and cold water, do to a three way valve under the counter either pumping from a cold water supply or by changing the lower valve it will pump out of a wood heated hot water tank, In the bath room this one pump with a simple spout extension (rubber hose and pipe), the pump can fill the bath tub as well, currently the system has been use for a few weeks and is working well.
