(More customer reviews)I installed a bath tub and shower insert and much to my dismay the faucet stem did not protrude far enough for the handle and mechanisms to work properly. Moen informed me they had a fix for that problem and I found the item at Amazon for an acceptable price. It arrived promptly and worked great.
