(More customer reviews)I love fancy bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Only we are gearing up for a move sometime soon. During the winter we had pipes to freeze, which in turn causes a leak in the line in faucet in the porch kitchen. With the move on the horizon, we didn't want to go fancy, but cheap. This fits the bill while giving you the functions of the single-handle convenience. For the price 1/2 or more less than others starting prices, this is a good economy faucet. Great for porches, garages. The gear shift seems a little too easy, but that could be my imagination. So if you are looking for quality and cheap price, which is good buy.
