(More customer reviews)It's advertized as universal, but this strainer basket will only work properly with a very specific strainer that has a 1/2-8 2-start Acme thread in its center. It's a nice basket but won't work properly on many sinks. I even went to the manufacturer's web site to see if they had the mating part - at whatever price. Their site did not make it clear what this thing fits. Should be sold as "Only fits sinks with B&K Strainer unit xx-xxxx installed". Seller's returns policy would make it more expensive for me to return it than to scrap it; I won't be buying anything from this seller again.
