(More customer reviews)This arrived promptly. I knew it was a large unit but it is not heavy. I am impressed with it efficiency and quiet operation. More quiet than my last InSinkErator. This mounted as easily as the other large brand and I especially appreciated the cord that was included. I just plugged it in. One part of this unit I would change would be the drain actuator. Since this is a batch type disposer the part that you insert into the drain to operate the disposer is, big. It is about 5" long and has special slots to allow for: draining, operat the disposer, or plug the drain. THe actuator is made well it is just bigger than I expected.
Overall I would highly recommend this brand!
