(More customer reviews)This is a great, high quality looking shower head and is very stylish. I picked mine up at the local OSH for a pretty good price. Assembly is reasonably easy and should only take you about 15 minutes. A nice feature is that the hand-held shower head sits several inches higher than a standard shower head that comes directly off of your pipe - good if you are particularly tall, or if your pipe is particularly low.
The quality and craftsmanship seems quite good with most or all of the parts made from some type of metal/alloy. The shower heads have many functions including a massage where the water seems to come out in bursts. The diverter valve also lets you have one, the other, or both shower heads on at the same time. The hand-held hose attached shower head is of course very helpful for cleaning the shower, or if for any other reason you need to spray hard to reach places. It securely attaches to the diverter valve and remains there firmly, and is also quite easy to take in and out. I believe there is a plastic version of this shower head that is not quite as good in this respect, as the plastic flexes easily and does not hold the shower head securely.
Now for the bad: I actually rarely use the multi features on the shower head. Usually just leave it on the regular spray setting. Maybe that's just me. The shower head is rated at 2.5 GPM, although I believe with our high water pressure we're getting more than that. The regulators in these shower heads can vary based on water pressure. With both shower heads on I think we are well over 5 GPM and it's enough to just about empty the hot water heater after a 10 minute shower. So I never use both together. In fact, I never actually use the lower shower head. It sure feels nice to have them both on, one on massage and the other on spray, but it just uses too much water. And finally, if you have high water pressure you may break the pressure regulator, which is a rubber seal/washer that sits at the end of the hose in the hand-held shower head. It's made of rubber, has two little holes in it (to regulate the flow), and seals the hose to the shower head when it is threaded on. The rubber washer just split on me after about 6 months of use, so now the water pressure is excruciatingly high - to the point of pain. The hose is still sealed to the shower head, but the pressure is just way too high. I've contacted the company and hopefully they'll send me a few replacements.
Bottom line, great looking shower head that works great. It may be more functions than you need if you are like me. But the water pressure regulator failure lowers my rating from 4 to 3 stars.
