(More customer reviews)I purchased this product from Buyplumbing.net. They have superb customer service and I would recommend them to everyone. It seems that they do have some sort of problem with leaking at the middle joint. Buyplumbing.net replaced the product immediately but the second one leaked as well, not a lot, but it did still leak. I contacted Danze and they jumped on this very quickly and sent us out a replacement. Hard to say why they both leaked but rest assured, both companies stand behind this product. This product is extremely well made and the design matches up nicely with our Kohler faucet. I think our leaks are a fluke and you will be very happy with the Danze products.
