(More customer reviews)I had gorgeous antique copper/bronze faucets that I bought at Lowes (their AquaSource brand). About 8 months later, the finish just started peeling away! I never used abrasive cleaners - just a sponge and spray cleaner. I had to replace them, so I found these Price Pfister faucets on Amazon at a great price. I like the Price Pfister lifetime warranty -- they back their faucets and the finish, but you always have to pay for the plumber to remove the old and put in the new. I have since found out that many of the bronze and antiqued faucets in all brands have problems with the finish peeling off - even the high dollar ones!
So, we will see what happens with these. The color is OK, but not as gorgeous and rich looking as the ones we had to replace. If I had to do it all over again in my brand-new house, I would have stuck with tried and true finishes that have been around for years. They don't look as nice, but at least the finish does peel away. I am also starting to see my kitchen sink faucet peel - you guessed it - antique bronze, but this time it is a Price Pfister faucet.
