(More customer reviews)We loved the sleek look of the Sonora series, and decked out the entire house with it, from kitchen and bath faucets to toilet tank levers. Within 1.5 years, we've had to call the plumber 3 times to fix the various handles, which get loose and fall off. My son finally had to learn how to take it apart and make the adjustments to save the plumber's expense; luckily he's handy. The plastic piece for the toilet flush broke; it took Danze 6 months to send a replacement, as they were out of stock. We had to reach in the tank to flush the toilet during that half of the year. The toilet paper holder cannot be tightened enough to stay level so it droops and has to be tightened at least once/month. I will not buy Danze again.
