(More customer reviews)This faucet is great. It's solid steel all over, has a good feel, and has great water pressure - the spray option especially is incredible. I installed it myself and had no problems, and it's been performing well for over a month now.
My only complaint is the twist-to-lock feature that keeps the spray head locked into the neck - if you don't know about this, it's possible to actually pull the whole lock pin/collar assembly out of the neck without twisting, which is bad. Once you do know about this, it makes sense. Pulling the whole assembly out doesn't seem to do any damage, but over time it would wear down the surfaces until the collar didn't stay put, and that would be an issue. They should secure the collar into the neck better so it's not possible to pull it out.
