(More customer reviews)I had this faucet installed last year when I replaced my counters and sink and I did a lot of research before buying because a faucet is the most used kitchen item. I found it to be very sturdy, the weight and the design of the handle is perfect. It has two buttons, one holds spray the other holds the regular flow. On most other faucets you must continue to hold the button while using the spray. I did not appreciate this feature until I used my sister-in-law's very high end designer faucet that did not have this feature. She spent twice as much money for good looks but poor functionality. The hose is made of a heavy mesh so I haven't worried about pulling it in different directions. I also like the open handle, very easy to hold with soapy hands. a perfect weight not too light and not too heavy and moves easily in every direction. It has been easy to clean and the chrome keeps its shine. I noticed that the price has gone down since I bought it. I think it is a very good value and if you spend effort or money installing a new faucet it pays in the long run to invest in the best. I have no complaints about the price.
