Pull down sprayer uses gravity to glide up and down; ingenious magnet easily and securely locks it in place when not in use. Swings sideways with ease. High arc is convenient to fill pots and generally stays out of the way of a crowded sink. Definitely a fixed right-handed faucet/faucet control if that makes a difference to you.
