(More customer reviews)The sink came in original packing and we found scratches on the bottom of the sink basin. Amazon replaced it and the same problem... Scratches! Both sinks came with a cutting board packaged in cardboard in the basin. I don't know if the cardboard scratched it or the finish was defective. Both sinks were made the same day, same oven etc. I am waiting to see if Kohler has any answers. Amazon has been great, they even scheduled a pick up for both sinks, they are over 100 pounds each. I do not want a sink that is scratched by cardboard. If you order this sink inspect it carefully and with good lighting. It is a beautiful design and color, but not functional if it really is prone to such easy scratching.
