(More customer reviews)Day one; installed unit, I am happy and it functions as intended,I did have to get extensions for the hoses, but I have a triple sink. It comes in a plain brown box with zero markings, and a paper with an exploded view of how it fits together, nothing else. It is boxed well with fitted Styrofoam. It looks great, fit and finish perfect, it looks like a unit that costs much more. PS the water really blasts out of this unit
