(More customer reviews)Works fine, seemed easy enough to install for super, but the hose that connects to the sprayer has a giant rubber ball stuck on it to weight it down and retract it into the faucet. That giant rubber ball gets stuck on the back of the under-sink dishwasher and it makes it really, really hard to pull down, and when it does pull down, then it doesn't go back up! Maybe if they used springs instead or covered the rubber with a slippery nylon tubing or something so it wouldn't snag it might be better.
