(More customer reviews)I ditto the other review. This is exactly what happened to us. The faucet is less than a year old and the spigot is almost impossible to turn it is so tight. We took it apart and greased it, but it did no good. If we loosen the ring, it spews water all over the kitchen. I simply can't believe Moen would sell this garbage. I have since learned that people in the know advise against using Moen faucets in the kitchen due to the numerous problems.
