No surprises; quick and easy transaction just as promised. The faucet adds flexibility to the kitchen needed for anyone who cooks. The nozzle is easy to use and stays put when locked into place. The single control is essential for turning on when your hands are full of dishes and/or pots. Hard to go back to a fixed faucet once you get used to these. Quality has been impeccable, and the price was half of other retailer outlets.
