(More customer reviews)I love the pullout feature of this faucet, and the original tiny faucet on my utility sink didn't cut the mustard. I could not find any utility sink faucets with the pullout feature for less than $100, but was delighted when I found this one at such a reasonable price. I did not want to spend a lot of money on a sink that I use occasionally. The faucet seems to be made of plastic with a chrome paint. It's not top quality, but it does the job. One odd aspect is that the knobs turn in opposite directions as compared to other faucets. I love the pullout feature to easily wash larger items placed in the sink, plus it makes it easy to rinse out the sink. All in all, I am satisfied with the faucet for the price. But, since it is not very durable and make of plastic, I am deducting 2 stars. (I award 3 stars for price and features.) If you are looking for something more durable and heavy duty, I suggest finding one made of metal at a higher price. Otherwise, this might be a good fit for you, too!

(More customer reviews)I bought this and tried to install. It is horrible the way the line connects from the faucet head to the water line. It is a flimsy piece of plastic that does not screw on, rather it just slides on. This results in every time you move the faucet from left to right that the line falls off and starts spraying water all over the floor. Then I went to the "big box" store and realized that they sell the same faucet for about half the price. Unfortunately since it is the same faucet with the same design, you have the same problem. Avoid this faucet unless you want a water mess all over your floor.

(More customer reviews)This was my second purchase of this faucet. I've had one for a few years in my upstairs sink and finally got around to installing one in the basement.
The features I like are the lever handles which are great when your hands are messy... just bump the lever and you have water. The fact that the unit doesn't seem to have any water saving flow restrictions is great. You can fill a bucket in no time.
The price is reasonable and installation is a breeze.
Highly recommended.
