Is made well and we are happy with the sink. As far as shipping, well not bad but the manufacture did
not cover the top of the sink with shrink or bubble wrap and during shipping dirt or sand got into the box and as the USP people skidded or dragged it across the floor the dirt/debris scratched the top surface of the sink surround. Being we have kids, we figured this would probably happen sooner or later any way so we did not complain to anyone, the scratches were pretty minor but were noticeable. On the brighter side my wife and I don't have to worry which kid of ours (or their friends) will put the first scratch in the sink, it came with thee already (LOL) We do intend to contact the manufacture in the best interest of future customers to suggest that they do cover the top of the sink with shrink or bubble wrap to protect from damaged during shipping. We wanted the triple sink to replace an older version triple sink that came with the house we have. When we first moved in the house we thought we would never want a triple sink in our house and intended to replace it, but after a few years using it we found out just how handy they are to have and wanted to get another when we did new counter tops due to the fact the one that came with the house was over 30 years old and had many dents and scratches from the previous owners and their kids experiments (LOL-again) Over all would purchase this Franke sink again and would recommend it to any one who asked us. Quality made product we believe. .
